Reagan at the window this morning - polite and top notch service!
Haven't been to Berryville McDonald's for over 6 months due to customer service and wait times. We'll, went today after school due to children's request.
I won't be back for at least 6 months agian, Computer screens not working, condiments not supplied, catch-up inside the Lid holder for drinks, trash falling over and out of trash cans, trash all over floor, benches, window rails dead flies everywhere. Employee at beginning refused to take order told me to use the Self Order...read full review
Waited in the drive thru and line got backed up to entry road. No one was taking orders. Left without ordering. If shorthanded then close the drive thru or something warn people before you make them sit and wait forever!!
