First visit the lobby was quiet and everything was great. Second visit things were a little hectic, very busy at lunch time and some orders were getting mixed up and mistakes were made but the crew was still nice and seemed to be trying to fix things and be helpful.
Counter clerk had difficulty getting our order entered. All the tables were dirty so i had to go back to the counter to ask if someone could clean a couple tables--there were 5 in our party. Half the order came out; several minutes later, the rest of order came with duplication of first part. Glad we weren't in a big hurry!
Ok so they messed up my order witch happens god knows we all mess up sometimes but they went out of there way to fix it for me and so nice about it made me feel like I was there only customer while fixing it thank you berryville Ar McDonald's and my 8 McChickens were great
