Mistakes happen, but KFC properly took care of it today. Ordered 10 piece, got home to only 8 pieces. Called and told them of the mistake and they not only fixed my 2 missing pieces but compensated me with 2 extra pieces for the error. Thanks KFC for treating customers how they used to be done 25 years ago, rather than how so many other restaurants do now, with NO compensation and No apologies.
