Why isn’t there a button that says eh... they alright? There should definitely be a third option. I had a question about my drink and called. Well after I explained what happened and that I needed a new one, she said so what’s your question ma’am. At the end of the call I said thank you and she just hung up the phone!!!!!!
When did Sonic stop giving napkins with your order , didn’t know that was something you had to ask for.
Waited over 25 minutes for two shakes and never got them. Talked to the manager and he said they thought we were a drive off. We were parked right in front of the door. Complete bs.
