A gentleman waited 40 minutes for his order then finally came in and ask to speak to the manager about the delayed wait. The manager was extremely rude to the man and even ask him if he thought he was better than anyone else waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. I waited about 30 minutes for my order. In my opinion, the manager handled the gentleman's discern in a most unprofessional way. This was at the Booneville Arkansa KFC/TacoBell location on a Sunday evening.August 9th....read full review
The manager is doing the best she can with what she has!! I voiced my opinions and the poor lady almost broke down in tears because of all the lack of support from management!! So sad I now understand why service is not prime
Noy really impressed with the food. Greasy, stale fries, hard chicken, hard biscuits, not enough on the burritos, quesadillas always have empty spots, wait times are horrible. Some staff are really crappy!
