“I absolutely love the busy bean. The ladies near my home know my drink and always have it ready when they see me pull in. But here over the last several months, I've either had to go without or get something I don't really drink due to not having the flavors or cup size for my iced coffee. A lot of the drinks call for white chocolate, and toasted marshmallow. There have been more than 10 times in the last 3 months now, that they don't have the main flavors for my coffee. I can't even get my other drinks due to not having those flavors at all. I understand back orders and delays with getting trucks in with everything needed. But when you go almost every single day sometimes 2 and 3 times a day, and your favorite coffee place can't make your drinks, it is very upsetting. yes I understand I can go somewhere else, but i don't want to wait 45 minutes between the drive from my home to the next coffee shop further away to get my coffee. These ladies work hard everyday to make customers happy and they are unable to do so because of not getting their full inventory to make the drinks that are very popular with their customers. Which either causes them to lose money due to not being able to make anything else that the customer will like or cause the customer to not want to come back due to the shortages so much. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, these flavors need to stay stocked and even back stocked as much as possible so these ladies can continue putting smiles on their customers faces and making money for the business. I do not like the other coffee places near or around where I live, so please keep The Busy Bean going with a full inventory to continue doing what they do absolutely best!!! Please and thank you!!!!!“

“My favorite milk tea place in town and I have been to a lot of boba places. Ding tea is my favorite and I am so glad there is one in Jonesboro. The staffs are always so welcoming. Love coming here !!!“

“Great coffee and wonderful service. I've never had a negative experience until recently when I was spoken to with extreme rudeness by an employee who took my order in line. Once at the window I asked and was told the name of the employee was Brittney. I urge the staff to please be kind. Your interactions impact the feelings of others and their day. Every other experience with Shadrachs has been great. The coffee is superb. I still highly recommend this business.“

“I visited this location on Friday Feb 16th around 7pm. The only negative I can state is that this location is not a walk in. But hey who cares when you barista listens to what you want and mixes up the perfect coffee drink for you. Not sure what the young ladies name was that helped me but she made my drink perfect just by me telling her I wanted to try something new but I usually get a white chocolate mocha. I wanted to try the brown sugar oatmeal drink and she made me some type of brown sugar yumminess. Thank you for making my tummy smile and giving me a new drink when I go back home.“

“This location is on the campus of Arkansas State University, specifically in the Student Union building. They offer pretty much all of the drinks and food a regular Starbucks offers and can heat or warm food up too. They also offer whatever seasonal drinks are available and they usually have them a bit longer than regular stores because of campus closures and what not. The coffee isn't bad here although it seems they routinely run out of lighter roasts. You can buy merchandise such as cups, tumblers, coffee beans, gift cards, etc. here. You are also able to use the Starbucks app and gift cards for payments but you cannot redeem stars at this location. The staff is really nice and friendly usually too. It can get busy just before/after classes but they're still pretty quick. Overall, not a bad spot for coffee or a quick pastry.“

“It's a Starbucks. My coffee was great. Service was acceptable as I got my order quickly but nothing special and it was just a bit awkward sitting there for over 2 hours between work meetings but it was still fine. The pecan crunch oatmilk iced latte. I died and went to coffee heaven. It was amazing. Fall lineup is GOAT.“

“Good place to get your Starbucks fix and get some shopping done at the same time as this location is located within Target. The location has all the same drinks and foods as a standalone store and accepts Starbucks gift cards and the app. Since the pandemic began, they have taken away the inside seating that was previously available.“

I just want to say that Carrie, the window attendant, made my day - more than a greeting with a smile - she made me feel like a long time friend.. if you haven't been to THIS Starbucks, you need to try it. “I went for the $2 breakfast sandwich but my code didn't work. I didn't want it at regular price so the young lady asked the manager if he could fix it and he did one better and gave me the sandwich free, I only paid for my drink. I think his name was Larry (not sure). Thank you, it was much appreciated ??“
