Drive thru was really long they didn't have people who's orders were not ready pull forward. Took forever for coke and fries
Service is hit or miss, but there are 2 instances where I came last week where they forgot my sauce and made me pull to the lane when I could’ve just waited at the window; my food was ready in 10 more seconds. That was very rude. The next day, I was skipped when I clearly was first at the speaker, DT person was rude and yelled at me. I will be calling corporate and more than likely the manager about getting a refund for my terrible experiences. Treat customers with respect.
Seeing employees horseplaying while waiting for my order. Watched my bag sit on the counter for 5 minutes after it was ready before employee asked if it was my order.
