“This is consistently our favorite Japanese restaurant in town. Their hibachi is good, their noodles are very tasty, the sushi is always good. They have the best spicy tuna in town, and even have a fried version. We are always pleased with our order, and the staff is great. The two guys that work there bust their butts and are great to deal with. Awesome local spot, and our go to for a good Japanese meal.”

“This is absolutely the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Jonesboro. It is right out of the barrio just west of ASU. Non-pretencious, 100% Abuelitas cooking here. I like the sopes la lingua and the Pizole, which is served traditionally. They are so traditional, and true to their region that they mostly don't have chips and tomato-based salsa, but they will give you fried tortilla's and two amazing salsas, one is avocado based, and the other is very hot chile based on Chile de Arbol (aka Seco) I think? Fabulous working class place, wonderful. Helps if you speak Spanish, but not necessary. It is closed on Tuesdays. . .”

“I travel often, away from my wife and son. I dont write reviews often but I am compelled to write this one. I ordered a steak with loaded baked potatato, caesars salad, and a strawberry and cream dessert.

The steak was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY!
The caeser salad was scrumptious!
The strawberry cream dessert was delicious!
Even the baked potato and bread was phenomenal!

This is a very upscale place; however, my husband and I came from out of town for the night and it was not planned so we are wearing some walmart athletic clothes and haven't been treated any different than any other customer in the restaurant.
It took a bit for our server to greet us but to credit her she was in the back plating like 8 desserts. She did a fantastic job.”

“Im always down for some Texas Roadhouse for our weekend family night since we always have a great time unfortunately last time we decided to get the family chicken tender meal for takeout. My husband took a bite of his chicken which after chewing it for a bit he discovered something sharp and hard, he managed to take the food out of his mouth to find a piece of glass or plastic. We of course stopped eating our food due to being worried there would be more pieces, i decided to email them as i would figure it would be handled within a timely manner considering they were packed when we picked up our food. Its been a few days and i have yet to get a response back from them. I sent a follow up email today so I am hoping this is resolved soon.”

“I give their food a 3 star bc I have been here 3 times in about 4 months time and every time my steak is messed up. The first time I ordered Fillet and it was their basic steak cut. They said bc Sumos were remodeling and they have some of their cooks and they didnt know. The second time same thing. Today I went ordered a medium fillet and it was a fillet mignon but it was chewy and well done. Everything is great. Service and sushi and sides I guess I shouldn't order steak anymore 😕”

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”

“Atmosphere was the typical sports bar with TV's. Several young servers around, but still hard to get there attention when needed. Boneless wings had very little actual meat and as they cooled quickly the breading got hard and tasted bad.”

We went in the middle of the day and was greeted with friendly staff who were eager to take our order and were very accommodating to our every need. Our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious.for starters we had our salads,hot tea and lentil soup. It was the best Lentil soup I have ever had (and im not a soup person) . For our entries my husband had the lamb chops and I had the chicken kabobs. I did not take any photos because we were to busy sharing and enjoying our food. “My wife and I had lunch at Que49 Smokehouse in Jonesboro. It is the kind of place that instantly jumps into your “must-visit” list if you love real BBQ. All of their sauces are great - Original, Hot Willie’s, Vinegar Sauce, and Cranberry Cayenne. I started with the “Ultimate Reuben” and it absolutely lives up to its name! Rich, smoky beef and pork belly pastrami piled high with tangy sauerkraut, melty Swiss, and Russian dressing on perfectly toasted marbled rye. It’s the kind of sandwich you plan future visits around! The Burnt Ends were textbook - tender, caramelized, and deeply smoky without being overly sweet. The Tri-Tip Sirloin was equally impressive - juicy, sliced just right, and seasoned to let the beef shine instead of hiding it under sauce. (It was a bit too chewy for my wife but I thought it was perfect!) My wife loved the Que Fries with pulled pork. Crinkle cut fries smothered in house-made cheese sauce, baked beans, green onions, and jalapeños, then topped with that beautifully smoked pork. It’s over-the-top in the best possible way, like BBQ nachos leveled up. A big part of what makes Que49 special is the pedigree behind it. Owner Skip Steele is true BBQ royalty! He’s the former pitmaster and patriarch of Pappy’s Smokehouse, Bogart’s Smokehouse, and Dalie’s Smokehouse in St. Louis, all consistently ranked among the very best BBQ spots in America. You can taste that experience and attention to detail in every bite here. Jonesboro is incredibly lucky to have Que49 Smokehouse. If you’re anywhere nearby and you care about great barbecue, this place is absolutely worth the trip.”

“We rented Story for a half-day planning meeting and it was the perfect setting for us. We were able to spread out for some of the meeting but were also closer together and engaged for other moments. We utilized the screen, speakers, tables, chairs, other seating areas AND coffee! This space was perfect for our small group but I can imagine it being great for larger groups as well. They were easy to work with, offered a great space at an affordable rate! Thanks!”

“I do recommend Andy's but that does not mean they are perfect. Yesterday, by JHS in Jonesboro was a bad visit. First, when I got to the window and gave the guy my 'rewards number' he became obviously annoyed and it was very clear to both my wife and I that was the case. Second, it was mixed very poorly. 90% of the caramel in my concrete was in the last 10% of the product. Most of my treat was vanilla custard with a few pecans. My wife's banana split was excellent she said. OK, one bad experience out of more than a dozen. I guess that's good overall.”

Ron’s has all type of food like frog legs, shrimp, catfish, steak, crawfish and sides include Cole slaw, French fries greens, peas, creamed potato’s mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. The desserts were plentiful to please your sweet tooth. It is all you can eat so don’t be afraid to get a seconds or thirds or fourths. So if you are in Jonesboro hit up Ron’s this is a must visit for the whole state”

I went in hungry and left with a fuller belly than I've had in a long time. The only real critique I have is that the menus use AI generated images which don't really do a good job of illustrating what you get, it honestly made me a little grossed out looking at them and not just out of principle at the use of AI. There were lots of people coming and going, I get the feeling that takeout/carryout is more popular than dining in but I certainly didn't feel unwelcome.”

The sandwiches are always fresh and I have never had an issue with my orders. Ordering online or using the app allows some deals and you earn points toward free stuff plus you can order ahead and it's ready when you arrive. It can be a bit pricey but outside that it's good.”

I tried the strawberries and cream, the cream fruit salad, and the banana split, and shared them with my partner. I must say i understand why the strawberries and cream are a customer favorite, sweet and sour strawberries go well soaked in creamy milk sauce with chocolate and whipped cream. I am SO excited to try their spicy stuff, like their nachos and spicy drinks.

Vegetarian options: lots of fruit and cream desserts, icecream, and nachos with different spices and cheeses, and spicy drinks. i didnt see any meat or fish on menu.

“Nice eatery inside the Jonesboro Sam's club. You can get pizza, a hot dog, sandwiches, and premade cold foods here. They have a fountain drink station and offer frozen desserts too. They offer pizza by the slice or you can buy whole pizzas as well. The price is very good as well as the combos of food and drink are below $3. They have an area where you can sit and eat, that gets crowded during peak times or you can take it to go. Not a bad stop after a busy shopping experience.”

“Stopped by this Starbucks location inside the Kroger Marketplace. I like that they have a machine which freshly grinds beans so they are rarely out of different roasts of coffee like typical locations. They have the full menu that other Starbucks locations, including food. You can use the app to order ahead and pay too. This location does not have a drive-thru so you will need to go in to pick up any orders. Good and convenient coffee shop.”

“Stopped by the new 7 Brew to get a drink. The place was not very busy at all so that helped me get in and out. The crew was young and energetic and very friendly. I ordered a peach energy drink and a couple of pup cups. Order came out fast and the flavor was good. Like others have said, it can be a little loud at 7 Brew locations and this one matched the others but it did not cause any issues with my order being taken or delivered. Good for for a drink.”

“I just want to give a huge shout-out to the morning staff at this Starbucks. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that cares more about the quality of their food and drinks or the safety of their customers.

I don’t know how to spell everyone’s names, so I won’t try, but Miss Karen and two other wonderful ladies are almost always there when I visit. Because of them, I never have to worry about whether my allergies and dietary restrictions will be taken seriously. In fact, they even took the time to teach me about the allergen-free blender, which meant so much to me.

And when mistakes happen (we’re all human!), they’re always incredibly apologetic and quick to fix things. That level of care really stands out.

Many people with allergies or dietary restrictions, myself included, are often nervous about eating out because we’re sometimes treated like an inconvenience. The team at Starbucks—especially these three ladies—has always made me feel welcome. They treat the precautions and modifications I need to safely enjoy my food and drinks like it’s no big deal at all, and that kindness means more than they probably realize.

Update from last week, it was atrocious! Table was dirty, food was lukewarm, no complementary croissant. It was bad!
The server was the only person they had for the bar and about 6 tables, she was working hard but if it's like that next time I go back, I will just get up and leave!

UPDATE: From today 5/1/2026... My wife had a gift card so she wanted to try Cheddars again. Same story, severely understaffed! Got my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it was cold, my broccoli was cold. The manager was Great, got me fresh HOT food and comped my meal. My wife's was lukewarm but she just ate hers. Again no complimentary crossouant after the waitress said she was going to get them.
They need servers I guess?
