12 Best Chicken Restaurants in Jonesboro

“I love the food and the servers are nice/ good at what they do and the restaurant is always so clean! However, recently i found not one but two hairs in my food. I also noticed that no one was wearing any braids, hair in buns, or even hair nets.
Don’t get me wrong, i loved the food but did not want to Finnish my grape salad after finding 2 hairs in my food… i don’t mind coming back because i do enjoy the food but next time i visit i am checking the food before consumption… please wear hair nets or tie up the hair so that it doesn’t get into the food… it seems like someone with white or blond hair lost some in my food… l have brown hair so it’s not mine x(“

“This place is crazy busy! Like 20+ spots just for curbside pickup. We were the only people in line in the dining room and waited while 7 employees stood in front of us (presumably filling doordash and curbside). It took over 20 minutes to get an order for 4 people. I will avoid this location next time I travel.“

“Really disappointing lunch today. I was never served my food after waiting for almost an hour. I even noticed that they started to serve customers that ordered after me. Unfortunately. I had to ask for a refund and go back to work with no lunch. Their food is usually good, I just don't recommend them if you have any time constraints.“

“The chicken sandwich was the best in town. The fries need alot of work. We didn't eat them.

“This location can be hit or miss, depending on the time you order. I’ve noticed during the day (before 6pm) the food is fresh and the workers are friendly. The young kids at night are horrible ?. Rushing you while also not listening. Overcooked, dried out chicken etc. The location is kind of clean although the soda machine could use a deep cleaning (signs of mold). They seem to hire anybody and everybody.“

“This is a chicken restaurant inside a Jordan's convenience store. I have stopped here a few times to get a snack to eat among other things in the store. The chicken and other items they have are usually not bad as long as you get them fresh and they haven't been sitting too long. They also sell things like pizza sticks, crispitos, and fish too. They sell single meals and family packs and the price isn't too bad. The service has been quick and friendly every time I have been so no complaints. It's not bad for gas station food.“
