KFC is a fast-food restaurant known for its original recipe chicken. Some customers find the place clean during the day, with friendly and helpful staff, and the food is often fresh and good. The staff can go out of their way to accommodate special requests, like preparing chicken livers without breading, with smiles and professionalism. However, service can be slow at times due to not enough staff for the volume of customers, especially at night when the young workers may rush customers and not listen carefully. The dine-in experience is not always pleasant, with long wait times and cleanliness issues, such as mold signs on the soda machine. The drive-through can get congested, but the chicken is usually good, though the instant potatoes are often watered down. The location may be hit or miss depending on the time of day, with cleaner conditions before 6pm and less attentive staff at night. Overall, while the food is often worth the wait, cleanliness and service quality can vary, making it not everyone's favorite.
