“I go to this place often when I am hungry and it is very good. The service is not very quick, but the chicken with the Zaxbys sauce is delicious. The inside also has a very good smell and very reliable.Very good place to eat but service takes too long and rarely gets overcooked“

He was attentive, courteous, and respectful. You don't hardly see that any more anywhere. I wish I had gotten his name. “Pick up food for my great uncle here recently once a week and this is a better location than most. Manager and staff is always friendly and warm. I literally give somebody there a compliment every visit. Never a long wait no matter what time of the day i go.“

“My youngest son loves this place! I wish the dining room was open but the chicken is always hot and fresh even when the line is long and short staffed they still do a good job. I've only had one bad experience out of all the years coming here and that's not horrible. Normally the have your order right and they are courteous from management to the staff and down tk earth. “I got back home we started eating dinner with my friend family I started feeling upset iate one leg one wing I didn't even finish watching the game I took a bath and laid down I felt so bad like my stomach everything wanted to come up. “Store location is not listed as an option above. 900 Martin Luther King Dr. West Memphis Arkansas. I feel it should be recognized when an employee stands out. From the moment she said welcome to KFC/TacoBell she stood out. I was in a foul mood when i pulled in however the voice and the personality/professionalism that come through the speaker instantly changed the remainder of my day. She did not know me or about mood but just by being so welcoming she made my day better. When I made it to the window i noticed she was wiping my drink cups off before handing them to me (never has this happened) I told myself she must be a new hire not yet jaded by people. As i paid for my order and waited for my food i listened to her taking orders and i was thoroughly impressed by this you lady's professionalism. I was wrong bTW....I asked her if she was new and she said "no ma'am I've been here a while". I told her it has been years since I was treated so well in the drive thru. I asked her name. Her name is Kiekie. I do hope she receives the recognition she deserves and just a suggestion if it were me I'd have her training new hires and retraining some older employees.“
