Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a unique blend of great food and exceptional customer service. While the food itself is only "OK", the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make customers happy. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the location varies, with some areas needing a serious cleaning. Despite this, the manager's personal attention to a lost purse and his willingness to follow through on his promise are truly impressive. Overall, Zaxby's provides a pleasant dining experience with a personal touch.
