“Great service and food! I had the Buster Burger, husband had bone-in wings and onion rings. Everything was great. Nice size patty on the burger, cooked to perfection and very juicy. Wings were crispy and cooked just right. Prices were comparable to over restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend.“

“Exceptional customer service- professional and friendly! Amazing chicken and family atmosphere 💕“

“I enjoyed the chicken salad. I had the basic chicken salad on a salad with ranch. It was good except for the cucumbers. They were really bitter. The pickle was excellent. Parking was insane. I had to park at Trader Joe's. I'll be back next time I want chicken salad and don't want to make it myself.“

“Excellent service! I came into the restaurant today with several orders and different forms of payment. Madison was mycashier and I felt compelled to write a post telling her what a great job she did. The entire staff there was extremely helpful and got my orders out fast. More times than not the service at Chick-fil-A is good but I felt that the service I received today was exceptional! Thank you!“

I was greeted by my favorite cashier today! -- Lexi !!! -- She is always there to greet everyone with the warmest smile. They have a manager there that goes above and beyond to create a special atmosphere and a great customer service experience! ----- Ms Jordan ----- She definitely tries to nourish the soul from the inside out! I I drive here from Oakland Tennessee! Thank you Ms Jordan and (and crew) for making my experience special. it's just the little things that mean the most!!!! Thank you“

“The young lady the was working the register between 1130- 1200 on 9/12, was so pleasant and professional. She recommended the new chicken pablano soup and it was delicious!! It is so hard to find that these days. As far as the food, I'm just a chicken salad type of girl so I love the varieties.“

“Tupelo's Chick-fil-A is the chef's kiss!! Fast service, good food, you just can't beat this restaurant! I can go through this drive through in 5 min and I went through the one in Southaven on Airways and literally took 20 minutes to go through. Tupelo is the bomb!!“

derful in helping to take their orders! Great food, great service and some great people!“

“This place is always great! Food is always excellent and service is quick! Love our Chick-fil-A!!“

“The rude cashier, Christian, kept talking over us when trying to place our order. We came when lunch had just started serving. Fries were like they were from yesterday's service. Small ends and barely warm. The tables were dirty and floors were terrible. The overall experience left me disappointed from service to food- everything was a disappointment. Will not be back. Added top of receipt to show time.“

“Great food and great service“

“Kelo & Amber at Poplar/ Massey make It feel a little like going into your kitchen somebody has prepared breakfast for you. Dependable and pleasant. They have a sweet group of people. Great value, quick and great service. Why else do you go anywhere to eat!?“

“Ja’Niyah, M’chelle, Jacob, Sisi are all AMAZING!! Jacob killed it on his 1st day ❤. Guthrie’s is always my favorite place to eat all the branch. Everybody is so friendly. It’s super clean and the food is delicious!!! If you’re considering eating here DO IT!“

“I order from this location all the time, and they rarely get my order wrong. They accidentally delivered the wrong drinks, and I never said anything to them about it. They are human, so I cut them some slack. A little while later the driver made a special trip to bring the correct drinks! BEST customer service!“

“I always get the seasonal peach milkshake but it doesn’t come out till the summer so I finally tried the frosted lemonade and it was delicious. I was disappointed in my spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwiches are just not the same anymore.“

“Great food and great service“

“Zaxby’s is always fast and so fresh you gotta be careful cause it’s hot. They are quality in the fact that you never get a bad chicken tender. The only thing I would change is if it was free thank you for providing a good service for me and my family.“

“Every employee that I came across today was pleasant. It was very busy and they weren't playing around or on the phone. I would much rather walk up to a counter and order than on a kiosk. The food was fresh and hot. A great experience overall considering how fast food restaurants are being run today.“

“Me and my family love the food... Everything is always fresh and delicious... Good customer service... Always a pleasure to spend my money where I feel it is greatly appreciated...“

“I get dinner here all the time and it’s always fresh hot food. I highly recommend this Zaxbys.“

“First time and I am IN LOVE WITH CHICKEN SALAD CHICK. Even my 21month old enjoyed it. Everything is amazing the salads, sandwiches, my favorite soup is the potatoe soup but I love their chicken soup as well... can't say much about their spicy items because I cannot have them but everything else is amazing.“

“portions and quality unmatched“

“Fast service and very friendly!! I don’t have Zaxby’s where I live... I was very happy!🤣“

“come to Nashville please“

“Thank you to this amazing location & staff for their excellent & expeditious service after a storm that hit our community leaving thousands of residents without power.

They recovered a bad experience after the McDonalds across the street had everyone waiting for 20 minutes just to turn everyone away stating they were only doing door dash orders.“

“Had an issue due to Uber Eats dropping the ball , but the crew at this Zaxbys was professional and helpful despite the attitude I had due to being frustrated with the situation . Manager and employees handled it with patience and class and we know how hard that is to come by in this city . Never had a bad experience with the food here either , its a good store and I will be back .“

“This place yall was so amazing fast and polite! This shift on today at 8pm 03/25/25 yall gave me that pot pie and my daughter the 8pc nuggets everything was fresh!! Wonderful service and shout out to Tasha and the manger for giving that guy that soda! Yall rock!“

“Ordered 2 wings and things meals, traditional wings, honey hot... This was the first time my order was less than satisfactory, normally the food is very good.... The wings were tasteless, I saw sauce but it was not honey hot... Fries were very salty and chicken tenders were horrible!!! I paid $32.46 for 2 meals that were tasteless and not worth the price.“

“We were so excited that we found a Bojo in Memphis but... we were so disappointed that it only serves boneless chicken such as chicken fingers, nuggets and chicken biscuits and chicken sandwiches. Very very disappointing. I don't know why they are trying to be like Cain's, Zaxby's or Chick-fil-A, just be you and stick to what you are good at and what we love! Bring Bone in spicy chicken back! Why they only get 3 stars. The Bo Bites were really good though. And biscuits are still legendary.“

“I'm not familiar with this location but the one on Perkins has been great customer service to me and the family. I love the shrimp fried rice and garlic parmesan wings any day. keep up the work y'all. I come from west Memphis Arkansas too now to continue this lovely crave.“

“I usually swing by Zaxby's drive-thru on my way home from something. I love their traditional Wings & Things in tongue torch sauce. If I had to give one ding, it seems that less sauce is on the chicken these days. I would love to have more, and also have the tenders sauced as well.“

“My wife and I absolutely love this Zaxbys location on Stage Road! It provides a fantastic, highly reliable framework for exceptional food and quick service. In a thriving neighborhood, accessible and friendly dining spots serve as a great everyday infrastructure for families to connect over a meal. At SeeSaw Ministries, our driving mandate is to Always take every opportunity to bring unity to your community, and that starts with supporting the local spots that treat people well. A wonderful, go-to asset for Bartlett and the greater Midsouth!“

“I went to this location yesterday 8/28/2026 and the chicken was definitely delicious. I could taste every genuine seasoning and flavor that sets Church's apart from other chicken places. It was hot and full of the natural flavors it's supposed to have. I haven't had Church's like this in a good while. Hats off to the cook who follows The actual recipe for the chicken. Thank you The service was great as well.“

“Kimberly was at the counter when we came in, close to 9pm. Which is when the dining room closes. She never said a word, didn't rush us, just went about doing her work. It was a real refreshing moment to see someone who actually cares.
Management, whatever it takes, keep her, and keep her happy. She is key to your success.
Oh, the chicken was good. Nothing really stand out from anywhere else, but good and hot. Desserts look so yummy!“

“got wings & things 😋 chicken 🐔 sandwich was good 👍“
