Staff excellent and bathroom were clean also the restaurants area were clean.
Had an issue due to Uber Eats dropping the ball , but the crew at this Zaxbys was professional and helpful despite the attitude I had due to being frustrated with the situation . Manager and employees handled it with patience and class and we know how hard that is to come by in this city . Never had a bad experience with the food here either , its a good store and I will be back .
I personally love this place & the food is great, but today in the drive thru I had to wait somewhere around 15 minutes just to start ordering & was told to hold on 3 times? Then, once I finally got my order & went home, one of my items weren't even there yet I was still charged for it! I only ordered 3 things?????!!! I don't what these people were doing back there but my experience was sucky.
