The staff at this location is amazing in every way. Fast, efficient, very friendly and welcoming. I go through the take out window during most visits and it takes less than 2-3 minutes from the time I order to when I drive away with food. There is not another fast-food restaurant in the Memphis area that can compare.

It's a shame that the staff is in such a rush to get you out of their line that the quality of the experience suffers. The food is what you'd expect, but the fact that I asked for a few extra napkins at the window and the lady just kept repeating "you've got napkins in the bag" like I didn't hear her. And the kicker is she rushed to handing me a soda with the lid not properly put on. The drink got all over me and THATS why I was requesting the extra napkins. I give them 3 stars not because the food isn't great because it's so tasty. Then it be hot. They don't have you waiting either but because they have recently raised their prices and become too expensive to eat. The prices were already above average before the change but for their prices, you might as well go eat at a restaurant. I don't eat here but every now and again compared to before. I hope they change up and go back down.
