“I recently visited The Wing Factory and was impressed. I ordered the honey hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and a Kool-Aid. The wings were big and flavorful, and the honey hot sauce was perfect. I was unable to finish the 10-piece wings and fries in one sitting, which means the wings are a good size. The staff was very nice and helpful with the menu since it was my first time. The Wing Factory is right by my house so I will probably make it a go-to spot for the future!“

“I’ve never had a bad meal, but my favorites include baked chicken, smoked cabbage, dressing, yams, fried wings, catfish. I could go on. Art House is special. I highly recommend it!“

“It whole in the wall was a place, this would be it. I’ve only been here once for a quick lunch break. I got a 6pc honey hot party wings. $10.19 with tax. Wing were wet and hot, flavor was a lil more hot than honey gold, which I’m not mad at. The wings are a bit small. Service about average, not bad at all. It’s close to downtown but all the customers seemed like regulars. I’ll be back to see what that burger hittin on.“

The one on Walnut I Door Dash for lunch last week and had a double sliders combo for the first time - it was delicious - sandwiches were made as I ordered. I was really impressed! the only the wrong was i ordered carrot cake & got lemon cake instead I don't care for. someone should have called to give me other choices. Today I skipped going to Southaven (who's customer service was excellent) to go back to the Walnut which is 9 minutes from me - bad choice. I ordered online & got my food to come home. should've checked it first - will do IF I go back to that location. got sliders combo will all I had the last time just left cheese off. The patty wasn't half as thick as the one patty I had on the delivered order. I didn't get my grilled onions. I had to open the sandwiches to see if a slice of tomato or lettuce on each - may have been a thin 1/3 of a slixe of tomato on each. I don't even know how to describe the lettuce. The German chocolate cake - deeelicious! I will support again, but service should be the same at all the stores. I know to check my orders even though Southaven shows their customers the order before bagging it. I shouldn't ha e to drive out there when one is closer.Oh your onion rings are the BEST at both locations! And the salmon sandwich - best I've had! I plan to try more on your menu.“

“This was my second visit. The first wasn't memorable except for the owners who were very friendly. But baby tonight...I wish I had pictures but we devoured ALL OF IT. The BBQ baloney sandwich was perfect. Burnt, covered in the best BBQ sauce Memphis has to offer hands down and some amazing slaw. The fried catfish (real catfish) was salty, crispy and golden brown just the way I like it. Then I'm told the pulled pork was delicious and also fantastic but can we talk about that BBQ sauce? It was sweet and tangy and sticky in all the best ways...A rich burgundy color spiced and seasoned for the GODS. We also had a few seasoned wings which were a lil sweet and a lil sticky I'm not sure what was on them but I am not mad about it. They were also 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. We went right at 5:00 and amazingly enough beat the evening rush. Surfice it to say we LOVED IT. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

The food is always outstanding and the people who run it and work there are incredibly cool. “My husband and I are visiting from Chicago, we chose this place for lunch/dinner yesterday. My husband got the grilled chicken salad which he loved. I got the Philly cheese steak with seasoned fries. The sandwich was different from Phillies I've had in Chicago but delicious and the seasoned fried will keep me coming back on future trips to Memphis. Polite service. Parking available. “I swear by a hot lemon pepper wing! The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because every Crumpys location I visit is always to stingy on the seasoning so I always have to get more. Also, they should start selling the seasoning. The people have been begging for it! lol“

“This is a very friendly atmosphere. The first time I went, I ordered the daily special three Wings fries and a drink. I also ordered a small cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger had so much mustard on it the bread was soggy. The wings I asked to be fried hard but they weren't, but were tasty. I ordered on my second visit; chicken tenders, which were too salty for my taste. All in all I will visit again, because they were so down to earth. Oh, one other thing, they close like at 7:00 p.m. through the weekday and 9:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturday and closed on Sunday. So if you want to get something to eat, I suggest that you go early.“

“Went to the foodies fest in Pigeon Forge after I got out of work yesterday and I am so glad I did!!! I seen rib tips on the sign and knew that’s what I wanted. Walked through the fest to see what all was there and made my way back to 18 wayz! I got a full rack of rib tips and fries for me and my husband to split. To say the food is amazing is an understatement! I went back today just to make sure they knew their food is on point!!! I would definitely recommend!!“

“FANTASTIC food. The owners are super friendly and I love the cleanliness of the restaurant. They have a pool table to have a great time! I love the Buffalo bills decor too! I had the wings, Philly style steak sub, fries, fried okra, but from other customers I heard the cheese burgers and chicken tenders are great too! They even have loganberry drinks. Next time I come back to Tennessee this will be on my stop list!“

I went in & got a menu & was blown away at all the options they had to choose from.. so i decided on the hibachi, party wings, & fries. The 8-piece lunch special with fries in the perfect portion for me, and the extra hot sauce is the right mix of flavor and heat without being too sticky. I've never had to wait long on my order (I usually show up between 11:30 and 12), and the cafe portion is clean.“
