“🗣️ SHOUT OUT TO DAVID AT ONE & ONLY BBQ - GERMANTOWN PARKWAY/TIMBER CREEK!🗣️ With so much going on around me this past week, of course another ball dropped and the Honey-baked ham wasn’t ordered.🤦🏼‍♀️ After calling so many places and ultimately given the “too late” responses, I saw that One & Only BBQ sells spiral hams! I called one location and was told that I “had to give a one day notice” followed by (what felt like) a quick hang-up. I knew then that I was screwed!😣 I went ahead and called another location (just in case) they may not have the same “rules”.🤞🙏🤞🙃 The first guy that answered wasn’t sure so he at least placed me on hold and asked someone for me. He came back and politely apologized while giving me the same news. They needed a “one day notice”. He was very empathetic and so nice.💯 (This makes a difference when you’re feeling defeated BTW).😳 We hung up and I started to scroll for more places to turn to; then my phone rang. It was David with One & Only! (I’m thinking he must be the manager.) He must have overheard someone talking about it or something but he looked on the phone to get my number! I answered and he said, “Hello, Mrs Amie…. !” (Introducing himself) and jumped into action inquiring about my needs!😍 Needless to say, he’s making it happen and I AM ONE GRATEFUL MAMA / GRAMMY because now I’m on-track for another wonderful Easter with my family tomorrow!💛 It’s always been a favorite holiday of mine and David just came through for me! “I was presently surprised of the good quality of our piazzas and accurate service for our pizza pick order. The lady at the cash register was very nice and our pizza was exactly as ordered. We’ve had problems with this Pizza Hut in the past but decided to give them one more try. Glad to see the improved service and improved quality coming back!!“

This place has always has delicious food and is my go-to during the week. However, outside of the store recently has always been a lot of derelicts and beggars making it not pleasant.“

“My first time at the Poplar location. The staff members including the manager were so friendly and welcoming. The manager suggested that I taste the broccoli salad and it was so delicious that I ended up adding it to my meal. The restaurant was very clean and the food was very tasty. I will definitely go back there again if I am in the area. Kudos to the staff 💕“

“I love the hot wings here. I always grab lunch for the shop and I come here for wings each week. Lemon pepper on point. The staff is super friendly. Any order over fitty you have to pay in person for them to cook it cause of folks making orders and never getting them. Facility always cool an clean. Reccomend for anyone in area. 0 complaints.“

“First time going here since I'm in town for work.
This is not the worst burger and not the best, but a good burger and a good price with descent service. I dont think they pretend to be anything else.
I hope a place like this can make it against national burger chains that are next door.“

“Bought traditional wings & stuff crust pizza again. Got Buffalo vs Honey Chipotle this time. Honey Chipotle is just much better to me❤️. Anyways, the vibe in the store when I picked up my order was LIVE!! The guys had their music blaring as they worked and the atmosphere was electric! The cashier was relaxed and natural and seemed to be in a great mood. I like being served by people who don’t mind serving. The service was great.“

“Let me preface by saying the pizza we got was probably the best we have ever had from LC. However, the service yesterday… not so much. I order an extra most bestest and a bag of bread. Told the guy I don’t need the sauce and didn’t want to waste it. I pay via card. He puts a pizza box and a smaller box on the counter. It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a LC so I’m like hey the bread comes in a box now? And open it..: it was cheesy bread. I tell the guy and he makes an excuse that he put in bag of bread and just wasn’t paying attention and apologized and takes the cheesy bread to exchange for a bag of bread. I say ok and ask but did you charge me for cheesy bread (which costs more). He said no that he put in the breadsticks. He gives us the bread to go with the pizza and I ask for the receipt. He seemed uncomfortable but gave it to me. He did charge me for cheesy bread so I show him. You could tell he knew and said he’d go get a manager and walked away. He comes back and says he will just give me $1 out of the register. I say no, that’s not even the right amount - cheesy bread is $4.99 and breadsticks are $3.50. He sighs and goes back to the back. I can hear a woman talking but not make out what they say. He came back again and this time gave me $1.50 out of the register. It’s not about the 1.50 - it’s about the fact that the employee gave me the wrong food, lied about overcharging me, attempted to keep my money and in the end still did not properly rectify it. He should have refunded me and recharged me the correct amount for the goods I purchased. In the end it wasn’t worth the hassle for a few more cents I was overcharged. If he had just admitted his mistake initially, I probably would have not bothered with the refund and just bought bread in addition to the pizza and cheesy bread. No manager ever came to the front. No clue if it threw the drawer off at close. As I said at the beginning though, best LC pizza we have ever had so they definitely did something right on that end. Just please train the employees to do their job correctly. The guy was polite during it all though so he definitely did good on that end!“

“I ordered delivery, I like ~10 minutes away. From the moment I press order, it was on my door step 19 minutes later, 100% accurate and still hot. Couldn’t believe it. Only 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread, but 19 minutes was incredibly fast. Never leave reviews but this I was too impressive not to give some credit!“

“Had an issue due to Uber Eats dropping the ball , but the crew at this Zaxbys was professional and helpful despite the attitude I had due to being frustrated with the situation . Manager and employees handled it with patience and class and we know how hard that is to come by in this city . Never had a bad experience with the food here either , its a good store and I will be back .“
