“I want to send a very special thank you the manager on duty this evening (04/22/23) and her staff. My keys were lost and when I tell you they were amazing in helping locate them after a hour of searching!!! They went through the trash, looked under the tables and even went to make sure my car was still outside. Customer service at its best! Guys thank you so very much. We are forever grateful!!“

“I was presently surprised of the good quality of our piazzas and accurate service for our pizza pick order. The lady at the cash register was very nice and our pizza was exactly as ordered. We’ve had problems with this Pizza Hut in the past but decided to give them one more try. Glad to see the improved service and improved quality coming back!!“

“Bought traditional wings & stuff crust pizza again. Got Buffalo vs Honey Chipotle this time. Honey Chipotle is just much better to me❤️. Anyways, the vibe in the store when I picked up my order was LIVE!! The guys had their music blaring as they worked and the atmosphere was electric! The cashier was relaxed and natural and seemed to be in a great mood. I like being served by people who don’t mind serving. The service was great.“

“Let me preface by saying the pizza we got was probably the best we have ever had from LC. However, the service yesterday… not so much. I order an extra most bestest and a bag of bread. Told the guy I don’t need the sauce and didn’t want to waste it. I pay via card. He puts a pizza box and a smaller box on the counter. It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a LC so I’m like hey the bread comes in a box now? And open it..: it was cheesy bread. I tell the guy and he makes an excuse that he put in bag of bread and just wasn’t paying attention and apologized and takes the cheesy bread to exchange for a bag of bread. I say ok and ask but did you charge me for cheesy bread (which costs more). He said no that he put in the breadsticks. He gives us the bread to go with the pizza and I ask for the receipt. He seemed uncomfortable but gave it to me. He did charge me for cheesy bread so I show him. You could tell he knew and said he’d go get a manager and walked away. He comes back and says he will just give me $1 out of the register. I say no, that’s not even the right amount - cheesy bread is $4.99 and breadsticks are $3.50. He sighs and goes back to the back. I can hear a woman talking but not make out what they say. He came back again and this time gave me $1.50 out of the register. It’s not about the 1.50 - it’s about the fact that the employee gave me the wrong food, lied about overcharging me, attempted to keep my money and in the end still did not properly rectify it. He should have refunded me and recharged me the correct amount for the goods I purchased. In the end it wasn’t worth the hassle for a few more cents I was overcharged. If he had just admitted his mistake initially, I probably would have not bothered with the refund and just bought bread in addition to the pizza and cheesy bread. No manager ever came to the front. No clue if it threw the drawer off at close. As I said at the beginning though, best LC pizza we have ever had so they definitely did something right on that end. Just please train the employees to do their job correctly. The guy was polite during it all though so he definitely did good on that end!“

“I ordered delivery, I like ~10 minutes away. From the moment I press order, it was on my door step 19 minutes later, 100% accurate and still hot. Couldn’t believe it. Only 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread, but 19 minutes was incredibly fast. Never leave reviews but this I was too impressive not to give some credit!“

“I hadn’t been to this cici’s in almost a year. My kids always loved it be it never was prepared for rushes or freshly stocked especially the salad bar. Went back today at my kids request and was blow away they’ve hired a new GM apparently and it’s night and day difference. Kudos to Jair and his team!!“

“My co worker recommended this pizza place to me while at work on Thanksgiving. When I say I have found my favorite pizza spot in Memphis I mean it! The pizza was amazing. Fresh ingredients and true to NY style Italian pizza. I recommend this place 100 percent.! I can’t wait to go back!“
