“I was told on the phone that I could order over the phone and use my rewards to get my free parm bites when I arrived, but when I arrived I was told no you have to order online in order to redeem the free parm bites rewards. “I placed an online order for take out. Right when it was ready to be picked up we had an emergency situation arise, they said they understood and would keep our pizza warm for us. An hour or so later they called me and asked if they could just deliver it free of charge. They brought it to us even though we live at the edge of their delivery area. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. Wether you like the food or not those people deserve the business just for being good humans and caring about others.“

I didn't interact with the employee working other than to wave and tell him my name and that I was there to pick up my order. He smiled and waved back, which I thought was great.
