we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
This location is the absolute best! The service is impeccable and the food is top notch! The people are always so friendly every time I go in and they always have smiles on their faces. I have a Little Caesars in the town where I live, but I drive 20 minutes just to come to this location.
