“I placed an online order for take out. Right when it was ready to be picked up we had an emergency situation arise, they said they understood and would keep our pizza warm for us. An hour or so later they called me and asked if they could just deliver it free of charge. They brought it to us even though we live at the edge of their delivery area. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. Wether you like the food or not those people deserve the business just for being good humans and caring about others.“

“Ordered at 5:30 on Halloween. 3 pizzas and 2 pizzoli’s. Order was ready for pick up in just 15 minutes. The food was really hot and good and new pizzoli’s were delicious!! We have never had a bad experience at this location.“

“Went to Sam’s for New Year’s Eve and honestly planned to get cheap pizza there but their cafe was closed.I haven’t eaten Milano’s in years but decided to give them a try.I ordered online on the way and when I got there the manager offered me a drink while I waited.My order was ready in a timely manner and not only were the pizza and wings excellent,they also threw in garlic knots.10/10 recommend for quality and customer service.I will order from them in the future for sure.“

“The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately acknowledged as I walked in and was politely and cheerfully greeted. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was hot, fresh, and almost didn’t make it home. It’s always great when any food chain can surprise you after years of being a customer. You come to expect a certain level of quality, and it’s pretty awesome when that level is exceeded. They clearly take pride in their work and customer service.“

I went in last night for the first time in probably over 15 years and was pleasantly surprised. The place restaurant was very clean, the staff was turning over fresh pizzas pretty consistently, everyone was nice, and the pizzas I did try were pretty tasty.

“Finally got around to trying and was NOT disappointed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Very clean. Highly recommend!
