“I placed an online order for take out. Right when it was ready to be picked up we had an emergency situation arise, they said they understood and would keep our pizza warm for us. An hour or so later they called me and asked if they could just deliver it free of charge. They brought it to us even though we live at the edge of their delivery area. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. Wether you like the food or not those people deserve the business just for being good humans and caring about others.“

“Went to Sam’s for New Year’s Eve and honestly planned to get cheap pizza there but their cafe was closed.I haven’t eaten Milano’s in years but decided to give them a try.I ordered online on the way and when I got there the manager offered me a drink while I waited.My order was ready in a timely manner and not only were the pizza and wings excellent,they also threw in garlic knots.10/10 recommend for quality and customer service.I will order from them in the future for sure.“

“After traveling and enjoying fine Italian food I came back to Memphis with a craving of gnocchi.. quick google search brought me here !! And I’m so glad it did !! The fried green tomatoes and cornbread were delicious apps to start off !! A few mixed drinks and a glass of wine soothed the mood . The Gnocchi did not disappoint and the “ blue crab “ spaghetti was a pleasant surprise!! But the desert!!! The CHOCOLATE STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING ….Let me be clear … BEST DESERT IN ALL MY TRAVELS !! “We have been going here for years and the food and service was starting to decline over the last year. We went again last week and everything had improved tremendously. Apparently new members of the original family took it over and everything was really good again. The food was excellent as was the service. The atmosphere was much brighter as well. We are going again tonight.“

“It was raining that day. We went in they sat us by the bar. The fire alarm got struck it kept going off until the fire department got there. Our other friend got there and was seated. The girls at the front that seat people at their table. Were loud and obnoxious. So was our waiter - he was standing behind the bar -being loud with the other ladies. The waitresses that are black never acknowledged or talked with us when when spoke. I have no problem with race. I love everybody - God said we are all God's children. Theat were very rude and loud. We could not hear while talking to each other. I promise I will never go back to the olive garden out east off of 64 hwy. I had better service and quite atmosphere at olive garden in Southaven ms and Jonesboro ar. Something needs to be changed. The girls up front that seat you needs to be quiet and only one at a time- the other need to go where the service people go to wait. The waiter we had no.care in the world because he is hired for good because he knows a little more than the others. I hope the owner or manager sees this. Very upset.“

“My husband and I just stopped in for a quick bite (2pm in the afternoon) and and enjoyed the south Philly and the Italian Beef- highly recommend. However, I was a bit disappointed in the atmosphere of the place. The ceiling was falling down or missing in places, there was no ice available in the drink machine, and several of the tables were dirty. I’m all about supporting local but you’ve got to put a little effort into it. Sorry to be negative but I want you to be successful!“

“We ordered online through Pizza Hut and the GPS sent us here, but the actual location for this online ordering is just up the road. Pizza was excellent, and so was the service. If you accidentally end up here looking for your pizza, it's two minutes away near the Banfield Pet Hospital on U.S. 64.“
