Broadway Pizza is a popular local spot known for its old-school "Memphis" style pizzas with dense crust, generous toppings, and homemade baked goods. Their large pizzas easily feed four adults and include options like a Broadway Special pizza. The atmosphere is relaxed, with slow weekdays and crowded weekends. While parking can be a challenge, the friendly staff often knows regular customers' orders. Customers consistently praise the pizza for being really good, with plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly, holding together well. Many enjoy the pizza with their favorite combinations, such as 1/2 BBQ shrimp and 1/2 beef around the world, and say it’s always fresh and tasty. The restaurant also offers cakes and brownies that are always good. Other popular items include the catfish, spaghetti dinner, burgers, and salads. Some visitors have noticed changes in the recipe, especially the crust, which they feel has become less appealing in recent years, but many have recently found the pizza to be back to its usual high standard. Though there may be a 30-plus minute wait, customers find it worth it for the hearty and satisfying meals. Overall, Broadway Pizza remains a favorite for locals and anyone looking for a hearty, flavorful pizza and comfort food.
