“Pretty solid fast food restaurant. Just be aware that if you go through the drive thru, you need to specify every little utensil and sauce packet that you need. Otherwise, you will open the bag to find nothing but your food. That’s just my experience, and, besides that, the employees are a lot nicer than other fast food restaurants and give you the correct order. I haven’t had any issues with the quality of the food or custard either. It’s always great!“

“Me and my wife stopped at the Five Guys in Bartlett from a Dr's appt I had for the first time, and it was very good. My wife got the Bacon Cheeseburger and I got the Veggie Sandwich and the fries you give are uncredible. We have just added you guys to the list of where we go to eat now. Good job guys.“

“I order from this location all the time, and they rarely get my order wrong. They accidentally delivered the wrong drinks, and I never said anything to them about it. They are human, so I cut them some slack. A little while later the driver made a special trip to bring the correct drinks! BEST customer service!“

“There is new management and can see a difference. I was last there over 1 year ago and said I would never come back. But I said try again and I am glad I did!! The service was Excellent!!! “My new go-to place for a sandwich. Nice place and staff are OK. My only issue is that they break 2 pieces of bacon in half and put on your foot long. The lettuce is a little wilted.

“I love Arby's. Always have. There's not as much beef on their ArbyQ sandwiches as there was over 20+ years ago, the sandwich is still flavorful and I have always loved their buns. Nothing beats adding some spicy horsey sauce to everything.“

“Definitely will drive out of our way to go to this subway. The employees are always very nice, food is always cooked perfectly. I want to brag on the young lady named “Pooja” She was amazing! She was very polite and did everything very well! Will be back for sure!“
