“Ordered deluxe chicken sandwich meal and grilled nuggets. Server brought us the wrong order and had to remake it. Mistakes happen. No big deal. The fries were hot and fresh. The sandwich wasn't anything special and, even with the addition of grilled nuggets, we were still hungry when we left. All-in-all, it's still Chik-fil-a. It was an honest meal made and served by honest hard-working kids. We just wish the sandwiches were more filling.“

“Up on arriving to Jack's located in Millington , Tennessee ,on Hwy 51 We were greeted by staff and welcome into a warm atmosphere. The customer service was amazing. Mr. Pat , Ms Jackie and Ms. Zandra along with the other staff made myself and the 15 people that was in my group feel very special. The service was fast and quick. We did not have to wait long on our food. The food was hot and ready-to-eat. We were checked on to see if we were in need of anything else and reminded That they were only a step away if we were in need of any service. Inside and outside of the restaurant was clean. The restroom was nice and clean. I would like to say thank you To the Jack's employees.you all deserve an applause We most definitely will be back.“

“Great service, good food. 3 family members and myself went during lunch time and it was really fast. Didn't wait long at all. We ordered the Number 3 combos and a Bacon egg and cheese toaster combo. Foot was hot and delicious. Our server was very polite and had any condiments we needed. The only thing I didn't like was we ordered 4 combos and only got 2 napkins in our bag. Now everyone knows who messy their burgers can be so the 2 napkin thing was a let down. Didn't want to hit the call button just for more napkins so we made due but the food was great and luckily we didn't have a big mess trying to eat n the car while we were there.“

““yesterday we went to Whataburger in Millington ,we were greeted by a young lady name Kyzah ,she was very pleasent came to our table with our food as we ate our lunch I watched her wait on other people wipe tables sweep the floor speak with other customers fill napkins take trays back she was an example of a young person who cared about her job and customers whataburger you have a great employee the dinning room was spotless when we left and she was still busy wiping the counter Great job Kyzah.“ my grandma posted with review on Facebook. “I was passing through city of Millington TN and stopped by to get a salad. Saw the advertisement for the "Beast Box". Decided to try it instead. It was very good. Chicken fingers were tender, crinkle fries and cheese bites were cooked just right. And it comes with a drink of your choice and two dipping sauces. Nice place to dine in. Beautiful building. I went to the drive-thru. Good courteous service. Would definitely purchase again.

“My only complaint is that you sit in drive thru forever! I’m currently sitting here and have been for 20 mins! 15 of which have been at the speaker! I understand being understaffed but I only have a 30 min lunch break!“
