Chick-fil-A offers delicious food and great service. Many customers praise the friendly employees who greet them by name and the welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a play area that is popular with young children. Customers note that the service is usually consistent and on point, even when mistakes happen, such as wrong orders being remade promptly. Fries are often hot and fresh, and the meals are made and served by honest, hard-working staff. While some find the sandwiches not very filling, overall, Chick-fil-A remains a favorite in Millington for excellent food and service.
