great customer service
Long wait time. Bad staff. Will give your food to wrong car and then take the food from the other car and give it to you. Sick. Don't eat here.
The food was great and it was hot. The staff definitely suck...they said there was a 10-15 minute cook time in hope you will drive off, which many do. But this just allows them to continue to play and do what they want at work. The person taking/delivering food is rude. We went at 10pm.

Krystal is a restaurant where the GM is a kind man who values hard-working staff. The drive-thru experience is quick, with only a few cars ahead in line. The service is excellent, very polite, and the food is hot. The Sunriser combo breakfast is a favorite, with fresh and hot hashbrowns. The food is generally good and made fresh. Although there were some issues with cold meat and hard cheese on the burgers, overall, it's a place worth visiting for a satisfying breakfast.
