I had trouble completing the survey on my own, so I stopped back up later this evening and it was a different crew up here and all three people, including Madison were super helpful, and the young man was able to get me to be able to type in a tight box.

“Have been coming to this McDs for years and have always enjoyed it. Just 2 concerns I can never get over that I hope are addressed soon. 1. The Men’s bathroom automatic sink puts out water that is scalding - I mean peel your skin off hot, as in it could injure someone! Easy enough fix if anyone reads these. 2. With no paper towels in the bathrooms and the requirement to pull the door open with a handle, it would be super nice to to have a way to open the door with one of those foot openers. This prevents having to touch an inevitably bacteria soaked handle with clean hands before going to eat (or serve). Also want to give a shout out to Genevieve! She is the nicest person I’ve ever met in a customer service role. She’s friendly, poignant, and always professional. Manager material! Thank you for reading!“
