This is an overall experience, let me say this first really nice staff about 95% of the time and the other 5% you can just tell they’re tired, but usually I don’t complain when I get my food in like 10 minutes but the last two times I’ve came in there I’ve waited 20+ and just for my food to be cold because they put my food in the bag all different times, just slightly understaffed.
1 car in front of us, had to repeat order 2 times. Had to wait at the window for the person to "find" our order. Paid, pulled up and were given drinks and asked to pull into a spot. We asked why and she said they have to cook the quarter pounder, special. We waited for 14 mi uses. Complete garbage.)
