Terrible the air doesn't work, the door slammed as I walked in, the restroom was nasty & most of all the food was nasty as well my 4 Krystal's were soggy, fries were luke warm. Never again !!!!!!!
We ordered online and was told a pickup time. Once I got there, the order was not ready. Manager apologize and declared order was being prepared and would be ready less than 20 minutes. I patiently waited for about 30 minutes. Everyone was attentive and kind but never offered inconvenience wait offer. And after getting home, we realized order wasn't complete. No drinks haha. But they were nice people
Ordered the Krystal Chick meal. The person on the speaker was somewhat nice the window person not as much made us pull up and 2 cars behind us got their food and left. There was dang near no mayo, the chicken was so over cooked I could barely chew it and so crunchy I dang near broke a tooth. I won't be going back there and that's a fact.
