You do have to stand there with no one in front of you until someone takes your order. The price keeps going up and the meat keeps getting less. If the cheese gets any thinner, you will not be able to see it. Sometimes the bread is a little hard. The people putting your sandwich together can't remember what you ask for. You get 3 giant sandwiches for about $52.00 before tax and only get 36 points!! I'd like to know where the Jersey Mike's is that is on the commercials. That's...read full review

Man.......I just left this location 20 minutes ago. There was a new guy in training. He made my sandwich and i have to say it was soooo good. Shout out to that guy! I hope he's there the next time I go to this location.

I have given this place several chances now. No-one should have to wait almost an hour for sandwiches especially when they are NOT busy. Ordered placed at 635 with a promise of 7:03 walked out at 7:27. All sandwiches were mislabeled it is like the staff doesn't even care.
