“The subs were so good. I got the Original Italian, lettuce, onions, the tomatoes look like they had a little bit of rine in the middle, but they weren't bad. The kid at the end of line cut my regular in half, which was fine, than he put it in the sub bag and proceeded to twist it up like it's a doobie. Roll up so tightly i was concerned he was crushing the contents. I know inflation makes everything High, but this seemed a tad bit expensive. Overall this is a definite recommend, if you're wanting to eat Subs.“
“Tonight I went in and wanted to use my points. I had enough for a free sandwich. I usually use the app but this time I went in to order. There was a young man there that was near me talking to some other Lenny employees. However, he saw I needed help with the kiosk because I was not seeing all the options for the sandwiches. He came over and helped me. He then helped me be able to redeem my points. I had mistakenly clicked on the free cookie and it should have been sandwich. He went to the computer and corrected it. It took a few tries but he was determined to get it to work. I really appreciate good customer service and work ethic. I am not sure if we was a manager or not but he seemed to be a leader there. As for my Philly Cheesesteak, delicious and satisfying. This Lenny’s location is one I’d visit again.“
“Went there around 8 pm...told the lady what we wanted, and she told us after she put the meat and cheese in the oven, there were no veggies up front, but she had some in the back...well..go get them. She said she couldn't for 2 sandwiches. By the way... these were not extras we were adding these were menu made. Seems like to me she should have pointed out which sandwiches she had items for. She got an attitude whe. We said we didn't want them. Well, that's her fault. Either go and get the veggies or waste $19... she chose the waste. Never going back. This is my 3rd or 4th issue with them.“
“I ordered two sub sandwiches over the phone with Teresa, who was very pleasant & patient. My order was correct & warm when it was picked up. Exceptional service is something many restaurants strive for, & it's always nice when that type service is experienced. Thanks again Teresa!“
