“I have never posted a bad review and don't post many at all. I wanted to post this to help customers and firehouse out a bit. I know firehouse subs support good things. I ordered through Uber, timing and service was great. The problem is the bottom of the subs were completely mush. I think because the ingredients are so fresh, when they cut it, everything got wet. I did get two for the price of one deal so I can't complain much. The second was fory lunch at work next day. It was mush also. I ended up throwing it out. They also forgot my brownie I paid for. I think firehouse needs to drain the veggies a bit more so this doesn't happen. Otherwise, it was the first and only time I had a bad experience.“

“I would recommend, but the owner needs to make sure each store is consistent. I've only eaten from there 3 times. the one in Southaven I had the salmon combo - delicious, awesome. The one on Walnut I Door Dash for lunch last week and had a double sliders combo for the first time - it was delicious - sandwiches were made as I ordered. I was really impressed! the only the wrong was i ordered carrot cake & got lemon cake instead I don't care for. someone should have called to give me other choices. Today I skipped going to Southaven (who's customer service was excellent) to go back to the Walnut which is 9 minutes from me - bad choice. I ordered online & got my food to come home. should've checked it first - will do IF I go back to that location. got sliders combo will all I had the last time just left cheese off. The patty wasn't half as thick as the one patty I had on the delivered order. I didn't get my grilled onions. I had to open the sandwiches to see if a slice of tomato or lettuce on each - may have been a thin 1/3 of a slixe of tomato on each. I don't even know how to describe the lettuce. The German chocolate cake - deeelicious! I will support again, but service should be the same at all the stores. I know to check my orders even though Southaven shows their customers the order before bagging it. I shouldn't ha e to drive out there when one is closer.Oh your onion rings are the BEST at both locations! And the salmon sandwich - best I've had! I plan to try more on your menu.“

“It was an inclement weather, and the only food delivery ( through Uber eats) open in the downtown area was Jimmy Johns. I can’t thank them enough for their super service. “Having a nearby business, I frequent this place. They seldom have my online order ready in time and a few times have lost it. But today takes the cake. I went ONLY for 2 sweet teas. After filling half a cup, it was out. I asked if they had more and was told yes, one moment. I was then told they were closing in an hour and not making more. I then heard someone say from the kitchen, "It's sweet, just tell him to put sugar in the regular." I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how and couldn't. I'll now gladly get in my car and drive elsewhere for lunch, sweets, and tea. I'll also be sure none of my customers go there if they inquire. Never had a good experience here, but this attitude is beyond embarrassing for you.“

“I haven't been to a CSC that was disappointing, and this location is no different. The facilities and parking lot are kept clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food itself is fresh and delicious and CONSISTENT! I could order from three different locations at once in Memphis and not notice a difference in quality between them.Thank you for making a pregnant woman's life less stressful, CSC!

“I had the General tso chicken and it was great not dry and plenty of it. Not hot enough but it's never hot enough. Lol Also I noticed that she was very ethnic so I told her I wanted something that she liked and she gave me these noodles that are kind of like angel hair pasta but was shrimp and they were excellent. You got any problem with stuff just ask him to Cindy she's going to take care of you.

Vegetarian options: Everything they cook could easily have the meat and bi products removed and still be delicious.

The staff and management are the reason for this, and the people there have set an example of how shift labor organization, customer service, and thorough attention to your order can be. If your restaurant is struggling, you should go see how these people work together and ask what they did to accomplish that... and go at noon... one of the busiest times and see how efficient they are. “I visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on Winchester today. It's in a nice shopping center clean and well maintained. The store was very clean and neat. The crew was working and having a great time. The Manager that took my order was very professional and friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken ?? Sub. I watch the employee by the name of Brittany cook and make my Sub Sandwich ? she did a great job. I was very pleased with my visit today.

They do an excellent job at making your sandwich just the way you like. There is a young lady that works there, the only female I've ever encountered there, she has the best attitude and smile I've noticed in a long time. The establishment was always clean, I was shocked by the level of clean that I had seen.
The food is bussing, and cheap, as well as healthy.
The atmosphere is very dull, some pop in color, and some decor is needed.
The service is almost awesome, just that most subways in Memphis don't accept coupons.
The parking really needs help, it's available it's just that, it needs a repave.

“This location is always busy Monday -Friday. This is the cleanest Subway in Memphis. You can literally smell all the slice ingridients thats how you know its fresh. The food taste really fresh go and try it and compare it to other subways. My favorite subs are the cold cut or black ham. Really friendly customer service. Yasmin made my sub today and it was delicious. The manager at this location is really sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet their is no chit chating employees. I recommend this place 100%.“
