I had two large orders that were prepared fast with gracious smiles. The manager stepped in to help. The counter lady was a doll. Great service on 12/7/2023. A little after 1:00 pm.
Today was my first time trying a Jersey Mike's Sub shop. Several co workers pick up lunch from this location weekly. With that, I decided to try it today! Customer service was BEYOND GREAT. Everyone was friendly and explained "good options" seeing it was my first visit. My meal came out very fast and over all had a nice experience. GREAT TEAM working at this Winchester location.

The food was good however, there was a small child in the food prep area. A employee had her child at work which was very concerning because it's a safety issue as well as a health issue. I really didn't want to address this but felt compelled to do so. Please do not bring your kids to work. Management needs to address this issue immediately
