Disappointed but still giving 3 stars.I normally go to Cordova. I just moved and tried the Winchester one. I called before I placed an order bc last time I ordered my food was incorrect. Decided to try it again because sometimes you can't scale a restaurant off of one time. The flavor and the heat of the wings was very good - crispy and spicy but not over/undercooked and very flavorful. The service got the wings to me and in my belly in a timely manner. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is pretty laid back.

I ordered on my 1 hr lunch break and was told it would be 20mins on the cheeseburger combo. I arrive on time and I have to wait a 25 extra mins on my food. The cashier packed my food up and I took my food drove back to work only to discover my fries were burnt and cold. The burger was scorched and slathered with mustard and mayonnaise to disguise! I’m so disappointed in Rayford’s. They usually have good service and quality food.
