Disappointed but still giving 3 stars.I normally go to Cordova. I just moved and tried the Winchester one. I called before I placed an order bc last time I ordered my food was incorrect. Decided to try it again because sometimes you can't scale a restaurant off of one time. I ordered online but before I placed the order, I called in and told them how I wanted the wings because ordering it online doesn't have the "sprinkle lemon pepper" like it use to.. so I called to see if it would be a problem. I was told "no it shouldn't be a problem"I placed the order and they still messed up my wings! What's the comment section for it you don't read it? Not completely harping on them but dang, we spend 20 bucks a combo and I want it right.. ALSO, i didn't get my drinks bc the fountain drinks there are always gross and/or downSafe to say, driving to Cordova rayfords is worth the 15 mile drive versus being down the street from Winchester rayfords..

The flavor and the heat of the wings was very good - crispy and spicy but not over/undercooked and very flavorful. The service got the wings to me and in my belly in a timely manner. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is pretty laid back.

Just ordered 2pc catfish special and it was awful, the fish wasn't fully cooked and the seasoned fries taste like nothing but salt. I just wasted $11.78.

Poor customer service the young lady at the register don’t greet you don’t say thank you and then I was at the register trying to get her attention and her and the cook looked at me as if I wasn’t talking to them. This no way to treat anyone that’s spending there money. Get more friendly people .

Called to place a to go order. Young lady at the front desk was rude and had poor customer service. After repeating my order back to me wrong she got an attitude and hung up the phone in my face. Drove to the restaurant and same young lady had an attitude and was rolling her eyes. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no one was there. And the drink machine didn’t work after I was charged for a drink. I usually come here often but I’ll never buy here again!!

I order 2 10 piece combos with fries and drinks only got 1 drink didn’t get no fries when I called the restaurant they tried to argue with me that I got it after waiting on hold for 6mins someone picked the phone up and hung up ..once I called back I’m guess the girl forgot to put herself on mute and over heard the manager say that he’s not about to argue with me and once I said something she going to respond back with we’ll do you want to come and get it still ..NOOO I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

I accidentally ordered from the wrong Rayfords on Doordash and that was a terrible mistake. This location can’t have a manger quality checking the food. The chicken was disgusting ??, tasted as if it was fried yesterday and then heated up today. The wings were shrunken, dried up, and tough.
