The inside is clean. Staff helpful and polite. But someone was allowed to sleep at a booth.
most of the time the food is old or thrown together terribly. this tacobell is one I'd avoid. I ordered on the app and paid paypal arrived and they told me someone had already picked up my food. never again.
They got my order wrong and then I was scolded by the manager for not checking my order on the screen. Then I didn't get receipt or the correct change. In my customer service experience, you apologize to the customer and give them the correct order and move on. No extra conversation needed.
