KFC on Hacks Cross and Winchester offers friendly service, fresh and hot food, and a clean dining area. The staff stays professional and calm even during busy times. Customers appreciate the polite and patient young man at the register. One customer enjoyed a four-piece spicy meal with two sides, noting the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The hot and spicy chicken is especially praised for being fresh and out of this world, with crispy, tasty fries that are simply yummy. The sitting area is quiet and clean, though there may be a wait for online pickups. A special shout-out goes to the young lady working drive-thru, who provides pleasant attitude and exceptional customer service. However, some customers were disappointed that hot wings are no longer available, which has led to some stopping visits.
