“I came to support a group of students earlier this week to celebrate winning king and queen of the school. First of all let me say the staff was very rude to the administration staff. Even though reservations were made and confirmed and they knew in advance that the students were coming they refused to seat our party and denied the reservations ever being made even after being shown the email messages. The female manager asked for us to wait outside of the restaurant being that it was about 42 degrees that day until the limousine arrived to pick the students back up . The children were dressed in their Sunday best with white dresses and the young boys were in tuxedos and were looking forward to having their luncheon that was awarded to them for their hard work at school. I strongly believe that if the students were not all African American and staff as well they would have treated us differently. I will never ever support nor spend money with Majestic Grill again. I was hurt the way they treated these students who worked oh so hard and were looking forward to what was supposed to be a special day to remember.“

“I never tried Crumbl because of the videos by black people on social media saying that they were nasty.

But I did today.

I tried the weekly lineup and I fear everyone who said Crumbl was nasty; all lied because crumbl is indeed SO GOOD.

These were some of the BEST cookies I have had in my life!!!! They were still warm and soft. The edges were crispy and I loved every one of them 🥹 They tasted very homemade and fresh.

I now want to become a Crumbl cookie…. 🥺🫶🏾🤌🏾🍪

My favorites this week were the CINNAMON ROLL COOKIE, then the BROWNIE BATTER COOKIE, the COOKIE & CREAM and the STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE COOKIE 🍰

“This was our first time there, and we ordered the Ali Baba Special Mixed Grill (for two) and Kibbeh. The food was absolutely delicious, and plentiful. Everything was grilled/cooked beautifully with a perfect amount of spice and flavor. The Kibbeh was beyond delicious! We grabbed dinner here the other night and it was magnificent! THE Mike Garibaldi himself greeted us at the door and introduced us into the restaurant making some recommendations. While we had never been to this location, we’ve been going to Garibaldi’s for many decades.

We started with the pizza bread and you have to know that the bread was probably the softest I’ve ever eaten. I had the spaghetti dinner with meat sauce and Italian spinach on the side. The food was delicious! Hot and flavorful. We also got a cheese pizza that was good as well.

It was great being at a local restaurant owned and managed by one of the longstanding families in the city.“
