Visiting Memphis from Denver. Was recommended to come to Ballhoggerz for some great bbq. They didn’t disappoint The ribs tips were fantastic. The smoked turkey leg was so good. They are doing their thing there. My cousin who lives here,
plans to come back for more.
Everytime I come to Memphis, I have to eat here. I will not go anywhere else for BBQ. I wish you could ship it to me. 🤣

BallHoggerz BBQ may not look like much, but the food is fabulous. Their Memphis BBQ is a must-try, especially the sampler with Ribs, Rib Tips, Pulled Pork, Pulled Turkey, and bread. The Turkey Leg and grilled corn are exceptional, with impeccable service. The turkey just falls off the bone and is seasoned to perfection, making it a must for anyone craving Memphis BBQ.
They have won multiple city-wide competitions for barbecue, offering the real Memphis barbecue you won’t find downtown. Visitors feel welcome, and the ambiance is casual, making it a great place to enjoy flavorful, tender barbecue served in massive portions. The turkey BBQ sandwich is a standout dish, while the ribs remain tender with a dry rub that is second to no one. Highly recommended for an authentic, incredible BBQ stop—worth the time and cost. One winner after another!
