The manager, and employees attitudes were bad. They did not acknowledge me when I pulled up to the mic. I pulled to the window to get looked over, and ignored for 5 minutes. I ordered 3 meals, I asked for ketchup, and was handed only two packs. The burgers were old, the bread was hard, and the cheese was not melted. My Hi-C is super sweet, the fries are very greasy, and hot. There is not a supervisor number posted anywhere.January 18, 2023; 6:40pm.
If I could give it 0 stars I would! I’ve called several times for the GM & ive asked for the district managers information because the treatment I saw management giving the younger female employees is terrible! I was at this location one night and heard a manager yelling and cursing at an employee the little girl barely even look 17 and she was in the window just quiet as manger was speaking out of terms to her! Is this how you all run your busines?

Employees need better training in customer service skills, And fries where over cooked amost burnt!! Food was old but yet I waited 12min in line!! POOR MANAGEMENT! & UNFRIENDLY, POORLY TRAINED STAFF.
