The drive-thru staff and manager who worked the morning shift on March 20th, 2024, are horrible. How is it that what I ordered I can't receive because "that's not how it comes"? If I add modifications to my order and PAY for it, then I'd expect to get it the way I ordered. Then I had to have my iced coffee remade twice because I kept asking for less cream, and they kept making it the same exact way, tons of cream and no coffee. I'm drinking milk at that point. I'm being told that's how it comes? I don't want it how it comes because I didn't order milk. Ordered coffee, lol. I want it how I ordered it, LESS cream. If you can't do this job, what can you do?

If i didnt have too chose a star it would be a -0 stars.restroom was like at a gas station.dining area i would feed my dog.you could smell weed in the restroom.. horrible place shut it down.its an insult to other well kept MCDONALDS..the cashier was awesome

Went through the Drive-thru this morning. Asked for a #4 and to substitute with a Round Egg. What I received was a mess of a sandwich that is not pleasant for anyone to eat!

Employees need better training in customer service skills, And fries where over cooked amost burnt!! Food was old but yet I waited 12min in line!! POOR MANAGEMENT! & UNFRIENDLY, POORLY TRAINED STAFF.

The manager, and employees attitudes were bad. They did not acknowledge me when I pulled up to the mic. I pulled to the window to get looked over, and ignored for 5 minutes. I ordered 3 meals, I asked for ketchup, and was handed only two packs. The burgers were old, the bread was hard, and the cheese was not melted. My Hi-C is super sweet, the fries are very greasy, and hot. There is not a supervisor number posted anywhere.January 18, 2023; 6:40pm.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I’ve called several times for the GM & ive asked for the district managers information because the treatment I saw management giving the younger female employees is terrible! I was at this location one night and heard a manager yelling and cursing at an employee the little girl barely even look 17 and she was in the window just quiet as manger was speaking out of terms to her! Is this how you all run your busines?

Nasty facilities....The cashier was not acknowledging the 12 customers inside, she hanging out back in the kitchen...After coming threw the drive thru,I had to go in cause my burger was hard....Second attempt burger,hard again....After 20min ,I just asked for a refund...Door Dash employees were walking out...They need to close this McDonald's
