“Good food and friendly customer service“

“I took my son to eat at this Subway after a Briarcrest basketball game. Several of his teammates met us there as well. When we walked in the manager, as well as the lady checking customers out, welcomed us. The manager seemed to know everyone that came in, kids to adults. It was like the Subway version of Cheers. I even ordered cookies for all my son's friends and then promptly fumbled them onto the floor worse than an Ole Miss football player. The manager said "I got you" and replaced them for the boys no questions asked. Basically the manger is him. I shall return.“

“We ate subway last night for dinner and even though our sandwiches were made wrong. We enjoyed them because they definitely know how to pack a sandwich. The perfect amount of toppings were on each sandwich. They were super busy last night so, I'm figuring that's why they weren't right. But still delicious“

“We ordered some party boxes for a get together. The folk at the counter were unbelievably helpful in taking our order and helping us pick out the crowd favorites. When it came rime for the pickup, it was ready and we were in and out in minutes.

“I'll give them an A for effort. It looked great but the taste was meh. You can't expect much from the South though. I mean it's not like there's a huge Japanese population here. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. Unfortunately, I know what I'm missing, so that makes me a harsh grader. If I were a random person who knew nothing about Japan or Japanese food, I'd say it was FANTASTIC!“

“I enjoyed the chicken salad. I had the basic chicken salad on a salad with ranch. It was good except for the cucumbers. They were really bitter. The pickle was excellent. Parking was insane. I had to park at Trader Joe's. I'll be back next time I want chicken salad and don't want to make it myself.“

“I came into Jersey Mike's during a rush of at least 20 people two days ago and I was honestly having a bad day when i walked in. Until Shuntae took my order i asked who was the shift lead on duty because there were only two people working, and she told me she was when she took my order she was completely focused, calm, and professional the entire time she cut and topped my sandwich.
She listened carefully to every customer's order, didn't rush anyone, and still kept the line moving efficiently by taking multiple orders at once and making each one at the same time. My sandwich wasn't just thrown together like usual when the other manager be there i stopped going because of her attitude didn’t want to put all that on yelp. But this sandwich was made beautifully and with care. You can tell she takes pride in her craft. Everything was neat, fresh, and perfectly prepared.
Even with the pressure of a packed store and a short staff i offered to tip her personally ans and she refused and asked me to put it in the tip jar. I love how she didn't lose her composure once. That kind of leadership and work ethic is rare. Jersey Mike's is lucky to have someone like Shuntae running shifts.“

“I have to brag on this location. I purchased 4 sandwich platters for RCA’s Homecoming week for our students. The order was prepared precisely as I had asked. Everything was labeled and toppings packed separately. The sandwiches were individually wrapped fresh. Nasima Baig took care of my order and made it an easy transaction. She gave us 5 fresh baked cookies as an added bonus. Also, very helpful to carry it to my car. I will definitely continue to eat here and support them with future orders. Highly recommend!“

I ordered the Spicy Turkey 🦃 sandwich 🥪 and it was Buss’n Buss’n… Lol 😂… like the young folk say. Also order the Broccoli 🥦 Cheese 🧀 soup 🍲 and all I can say is Woooooooooooooooow. So impressed by the way the food tasted. I have been to McAlister about 5 to 7 times and I think 🤔 I will make this a usual place to start eating 🍽️. I really like the presentation of food 🍱. It is always so good looking 👀 and ready to be eaten. Food never looks sloppy like some places but the way they present it makes you want to eat it. I will definitely be going back to any of McAlister’s DeLi restaurant anywhere as long as they continue to keep up the good service and presentation of their food 🍱.
