Dave and his wife are such sweet people. They also make great sandwiches and salads! The restaurant is very clean. They have a pretty new soda fountain machine. Good parking. I've usually been there around one o'clock, and it's never been too busy.
they’re food is really good I give it a A+ and they’re customer satisfaction is great !
The best subway in Memphis hands down! Soon as you walk in the door, you smell fresh food , customer service a plus, they’re very friendly. I ordered my kids food first unsure of what I wanted but once I tasted their food, I had to double back and order my own food.

Based on the reviews, this Subway location is considered the best in Memphis. The staff is very friendly and professional, with one worker noted as the nicest man ever encountered. When a customer’s app charged their card but didn't work, he fixed the sandwich even though he was about to close. Another worker named Dave made sandwiches with a smile and provided top-tier customer service, labeling and separating bags. The owner even comes out from the back to greet guests. The restaurant is very clean, and the sandwiches are made with heart and soul. The ingredients are evenly distributed the length of the roll, so a bite includes the bread, lettuce, cheese, tomato, cucumber, pickles, and meat. However, some reviews mention that extras like salt, pepper, and parmesan are often missed, and it can take twenty minutes or more for food to be started. Portions can also be ridiculous, with barely any chicken and cheese but stuffed with lettuce. When a customer decided not to tip, the worker looked at them some type of way.
