I made an order online, it said confirmed and that they were making it, I then looked to see where it was maybe 10 minutes later and it says canceled. The party is baffled so we call and see whats going on and they start retaking our order, not listening and asking questions I’ve already given answers to, simple stuff mind you, and the young man on the phone then asks me a question and hangs up on me mid-question. I wanted to leave a positive review after a recent order. I had experienced some issues with a previous order, but this time Jordan Wray went above and beyond to make things right. He was professional, helpful, and made sure my order was prepared exactly as requested. Everything was fresh, accurate, and delivered a great experience. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Jordan, for your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction!

Based on the reviews, Domino's Pizza offers a good experience with great consistency and amazing customer service, especially from the front of house staff. The restaurant has a very nice vibe. Specific meals like the small pepperoni pizza and the best stuffed crust are mentioned, with the latter having a way better cheese ratio. However, there are concerns about food handling and hygiene. Some reviewers noted staff not wearing gloves and touching everything from money to the food. Better attention to food safety is definitely needed. Despite this, the store is described as good as long as orders are placed at a not busy time. The manager is great, and the team gets it right every time, whether for delivery or carryout. The food is always good, fresh, accurate, and tasty, with a good price and fast delivery.
