So last time I ordered, it was like an hour and a half before they close that was two weeks ago and the person that I talked with said it will be ready in 25 minutes, so I was a little bit late but even though I was late it was like 40 minutes before they close, but when I went to there, it was already closed and no one was there and the restaurants were already closed so I didn’t eat for that day because of your dumb schedule if they said we didn’t have we had already closed it was gonna be better and I order from another place. When I call like two days later to order some food, I told the person that story and the only thing that said is, we’re sorry to hear that like they it seems like they don’t care about their customers. and now I went to to get some food because it says they close at midnight. It’s still 10:10, but they are already closed. change the Time schedule on Google or work like it says because you loose customers like that.The food is always great by the way

I just figured out why I do not eat Domino's Pizza stop by to grab a few pizzas for family and friends. I had experienced the worst customer service, and the pizza wasn't made correctly. I witnessed drivers behind the counter and other employees who were off work fraternizing with other employees while getting off playing with their hair and not being clean. I'm not understanding where the manager was or if there was a manager working on the shift, but this was awful. we would never ever go here again. #onmysoul

Mistakenly sitting here waiting for online order for second time, as usual its been in prep for an hour and a half. Can't get anyone on phone to check what's going on. I loved the food when I got it last time even tho I had to wait 2 and a half hours. Looks like I'm never doing this again. ?

02.01. 2024. Delivered my pizza to me that has obviously been dropped. The pizza was almost in a ball; with a piece of card board on the pizza. Now, trying to call and can't get anyone. Been holding for 9 minutes now. I am very angry.

I’ve placed an order twice within the last week and they both have been incorrect. I’ve tried reaching out to the store several times and they NEVER answered the phone. Please don’t waste your money here. This is awful.

I will NEVER order delivery from this location again. Delivery literally took 2 hours to get here. Also, no one answered the store phone number when I called 3 times. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
This is the worst. After I placed and paid for my order the app said 160 minutes. I called..they picked up but never replied at all...after 20 minutes I hung up, called back. Nothing. I drove to the store expecting to have the order taken care of...again nothing. I canceled the $50 order and the 4 guys so called working there didn't even give a shit.

I was here two months ago and let me tell you. I ordered around 8 pm in Mid June and I didn't get my ordered pizza until 10:30 pm. I was inside and I never forgot the cook's' faces. One of them with long dreadlocks was cussing and displayed bad customer service at a woman who ordered three hours before and it was just despicable! The person cooking the pizza with an afro, was just out of it and like he never tried to calm his co- worker down. Whoever the guy with the dreadlocks is, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your GM should be ashamed of him or herself. Cordova and Greater Memphis, DO NOT visit this place until these people are terminated!

I moved to the Bartlett-Raleigh area and order from the Dominoes on Raleigh-Lagrange. Every-time I’ve ordered from there, the pizza has been undercooked and disgusting.I used to order from this location right behind Sonic and the pizza was amazing EVERYTIME. I have include a picture from Dec2022 of a pizza that I ordered from this location.It saddens me to see that the quality has went down after reading recent reviews. I hope management gets it together.

Our delivery driver Aaron was great! They were very nice and on time. The food was hot when we got it, and delicious. We ordered a coke with our order, and when they didn’t have that Aaron and the domino’s team sent two drinks to choose from so we didn’t go without. This isn’t our first time ordering from this domino’s location, and it certainly won’t be our last. You guys are doing amazing!
