Every time I come to this Popeyes the service is terrible. Today was no exception. I couldn't place an order through the app, the app said the store was closed. The dining room was locked (as usual) so I got in the drive thru line. It took a half hour to get to the speaker (it took the car in front of me 15 minutes alone).
