We love the sandwiches and fries however we are always disappointed with the service. They have 2 registers available but only 1 is ever open. The employees barely speak and when they do they don’t speak clearly. Today was the worse, they called our name and it was some one else’s order. We sat there to eat our sandwich and every order that followed was incorrect. Half the time the napkin bins are empty and the place is not that clean.
I really enjoyed my Firehouse Subs meal\\! I ordered the Smokin’ Honey Chicken Melt, and it was warm, flavorful, and delicious\\. The chicken was tender, the smoky honey flavor was perfectly balanced, and the sandwich was prepared just right\\. I especially appreciated how the melted cheese and toasted bread brought everything together for a satisfying meal\\. The service was friendly and my order was prepared correctly\\. I will definitely order this again\\!
