I waited at the front counter for more than 10 minutes before asking the "lady" to assist me. She replied, in a VERY RUDE tone, "can you give me a second." She was making a pizza for someone else instead of attending to the customers that were in the store. This was my first AND LAST time visiting the Collierville location!
My ordered pizza was wrong I asked for no sausage and both had a lot missing my cheesesticks my door dash driver was great but expressed that the person she got my order from was rude to her. Come on people it's pizza and I paid for it

Food was fine. Deal on app showed $13.49 but subtotal was $18.49 without any explanation, and before someone from Pizza Hut tells me I added extras. I checked several times to make sure I bought the default package, no extra toppings, sauces, drinks, etc. This is a blatant bait and switch. Already promised my kid we were getting it, so I bought it, but I'll be looking elsewhere until these practices are remedied.
