I placed a mobile order at about 613pm sent my daughter and mom in there to pick up the food to find out my order was messed up. Go back in there to advise them of the situation at hand the I guess so call manager comes up no greeting no nothing told him I was missing half my order he pulls the receipt off the register Circling the items he claim I had and with a attitude while doing it to find out I was missing cheese bread that I didn’t get he doesn’t need to be working in that establishment if he comes to work with a funky attitude this place will never and I mean never get my business and to be called outta my name I will never be back unless they get rid of that particular individual

The worse service ever. And the manager is trash. He is the partly the reason for the bad service. They don't great you and leave you standing there until they are ready to serve you the wrong pizza order. Thank you for nothing.

Horrible. Ordered the Big dinner box on the 3rd for my son’s b day and never received our 2 liter. I need a refund & I called after and someone was to bring it but they never did. I need my money back for our drink we didn’t receive.

This location is so trash it’s ridiculous. I’m still waiting on a refund from 12/27! I ordered a pizza and @8:52pm the order said it was on its way @8:56pm which I knew wasn’t true! Then I had gotten another email at 9 something saying my pizza is out for delivery smh. At 10 something my order was cancelled and I have yet to receive a refund. I have called corporate an email was sent out with no response. Tomorrow I will be calling corporate again and again and again until I get my darn money back! They are going to come across the wrong person and someone in that restaurant is going to get hurt!

They canceled my order without letting me know. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and waited an hour. I hope Uber eats refunds my money

Not a happy camper since I submitted my order at 11 AM that morning with a pick up time of 5:30pm. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I did receive five pizzas, but the pasta was missing. When I asked about the pasta, he told me I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes or I could just call corporate and complain. But I also want to recognize that, although the wait time was not what I had anticipated, My primary disappointment was how unprofessional the manager of the store was. I understand that he was frustrated; hence, he mentioned that four people had quit that day. Perhaps, they quit because of his attitude, no people nor leadership skills, unprofessionalism, and disgrace. The first words out of his mouth was “your food is not ready and if you can’t wait call corporate”. I was not the only customer in the store that was complaining. Another gentleman had placed a large order for his child’s birthday party and had a similar experience. That man use profanity and unkind words . The manager told him he was going to give him a refund, He never offered me that option. Definitely could tell that the pigment in my skin was a key factor!!!

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and received a phone call that they did not have what we wanted because it was regional. Fine, I understand that, but then we also couldn't get another part of our order because they didn't have it. With more than half of my order being unavailable, I requested the order be cancelled. The gentleman on the phone said ok, that he would cancel the order. The charge still went through on my credit card. I gave it a week, plenty of time for it to be voided or refunded, and yet the charge remains. I called on Monday and as of Thursday morning, have not gotten a returned phone call from this location. Hopefully when I go to their location someone will fix this. This is not the first time we have had issues with items not being available and as another person has stated, I have also had items missing from my order when it arrives. Their delivery time is lack luster as well. They tell you 45 minutes and it takes twice that!

Food was fine. Deal on app showed $13.49 but subtotal was $18.49 without any explanation, and before someone from Pizza Hut tells me I added extras. I checked several times to make sure I bought the default package, no extra toppings, sauces, drinks, etc. This is a blatant bait and switch. Already promised my kid we were getting it, so I bought it, but I'll be looking elsewhere until these practices are remedied.

Friday 11/3/23. Poor management skills. Waited over 30 minutes for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5:55. By 6:12 I asked about the order it was just being put in the oven. Waited another 10 or so minutes the young lady at the counter said she girl was preparing it. She asks her how long and is told 5 more minutes as I see the other young girl rolling her eyes at me. Granted it is about 6:30 now. At this point I ask for the manager. This fat butt comes over yelling at me trying to make me sound as if I was talking to the girls wrong, to whom I never said a word to. But him I did. Your response should have been, I apologize but it really busy and we’re just behind. Instead of trying to degrade me and getting me upset. As delivery drivers our time is just as important as your job. Maybe if you stop talking about going and buy each other gifts across the street at Walgreens you can get your orders out in a timely manner.

I waited at the front counter for more than 10 minutes before asking the "lady" to assist me. She replied, in a VERY RUDE tone, "can you give me a second." She was making a pizza for someone else instead of attending to the customers that were in the store. This was my first AND LAST time visiting the Collierville location!

Worst Pizza Hut on the planet. Took these people 35 minutes to make some cheese sticks. The store wasn't busy at all. Then they wanted to get an attitude when I complained about the wait time. I don't even want to eat the food because I have a feeling they messed with it in some way. Will never go back and encourage anyone reading this to stay away from this place.

On 10/4/2033 I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta and a large supper supreme pizza from the collierville store 38017. Both items were too salty too eat. I took the items back 10/05/2023 to tell the manager Jeremy. Je immediately told us the4e was noway the items were salty and the was nothing he could do. Then he said he would refund our money and would not provide us proof that a refund had been granted. When we questioned him about his integrity he told us ro call corporate and let them refund us. Please note he said he made the pizza himself. He was sloppy and filthy with facial hair and no hair cover.
