The service at collierville was AMAZING!!! Latoya went above and beyond to take care of me and the kids when their power went down. The burgers were made so quickly and everything tasted amazing!! Thank you so so much Latoya!! We will definitely be back.
We had the greatest experience at Freddy’s in Collierville TN today. The staff was so nice and helpful and my food was delicious! My kids were treated like royalty and the entire operation was intentional and streamlined. Special recognition should go to Sarah Foster for her attitude and desire to help us. We were hungry and made a quick stop. First time customers. The atmosphere was very nice, friendly and pleasant. Food was great bit most pf all the customer service was outstanding! Cameron Walker was the manager on duty and he did an excellent job managing his team , encouraging them & leading by example. Highly recommended
