The service at collierville was AMAZING!!! Latoya went above and beyond to take care of me and the kids when their power went down. The burgers were made so quickly and everything tasted amazing!! Thank you so so much Latoya!! We will definitely be back.
We had the greatest experience at Freddy’s in Collierville TN today. The staff was so nice and helpful and my food was delicious! My kids were treated like royalty and the entire operation was intentional and streamlined. Special recognition should go to Sarah Foster for her attitude and desire to help us. I came in with my military uniform on and the folks at the register made sure I got a discount even when I had no idea that one even existed. We will definitely be back very...read full review
We LOVE The food at Freddy's, but I gave them a 3 because we have ordered to go orders through Door Dash and our order wasn't correct. The Original Dbl Burger was ordered with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes and it came with NOTHING on it, I also asked for BBQ sauce and that didn't get put in the bag either
